Ways to get your PD measurement

• Call your doctor - They do have this measurement. They often don't include it on the patient copy of your script to deter you from buying glasses elsewhere. Go to your eye doctor & ask them to measure your PD

Hold the ruler horizontally over your eyes and center the zero directly over your left pupil.
